This is for our Annual Vintage Dirt Track 2 day Race Weekend in
conjunction with round 2 of Club Championships. Click here to download the

We need as many people as possible to get to the
track on Tuesday to make minor changes to the new sprinkler system so that
we will be able to race next weekend. if these changes aren't made we wont
be able to race, so if you can get there from four o'clock for a few hours
it will be appreciated. contact Richard on 0429 665 431 for more details

Meeting to discuss the Stadium MX for next year while all changes are in
mind. This will be held at the clubhouse on Saturday 13th February after
the Dirt Track Rec Day at about 4.00 pm. Please come along and get
involved, as this is a huge thing for the club to take on again, and we
need as many people there as we can to see what is needed and to get
members involved in the organisation of it.

Please if anyone has five minutes to spare can you please take a rake and
bucket out to the Showground and pickup some rocks. Tony has been doing it
on his own for 3 days and he needs some help. Please contact Richard for

MX Rec day Dirt Track Saturday 13th
February 2010. These days will start at 9.00am sign on.

Date Change: MX set for the 11/4/10 has moved to the 10/10/10 reason for
the race day change in April was because of 2 of our rounds clashing with
Grafton, they are changing one and we are changing the other. Please

Race Secretary Report:
What a great success, however we are yet to see how much of
a financial success it was, but hopefully it was worth the effort and
everyone will be keen to make it an annual event.
Just to let everyone know I have been able to contact all but one of the
injured riders from last night, and all are doing well, but for those that
are out of action for a short time, we wish them a speedy recovery, and
hope to see them back out on the track again soon.

would really like to thank our major sponsor WISEMANS MOTORCYCLES for
coming on board to make this event happen. Not to mention the club members
who kindly donated their time and machinery to help Barry Reed to build
the track Tony and Adrian McIntyre with the tip trucks, Tony Cuthel
Earthmoving for the loading of the soil, and Pade’s Excavations for the
use of their machinery and Martin Russell, Morley and Robbie for the
driving of the machinery. BP South for the fuel for the machinery, CCTF
for the fence hire, Kingston Hire for the Lighting, Coates Hire for the
barriers and signs, H Q Concrete for the sand for the special section of
the race track, Any Entertainment for the sound, Brown and Hurley for the
truck for the scorers, donations from Loosekid Industries, Radguard and
Red Rooster for the giveaway bags for the riders. All the exhibition
tents, which gave an interest to the spectators.

big thank you to all the people who helped out in some way, as we all know
it is a huge task to get an event up and running like this. From me a big
thank you goes out to the scorers Mandy McLeod, Kathy Williams, Sonia
Sheridan, Kathy McIntyre, Sharon Cuthel and Leonnie Wedd, whose job was
not easy, especially at the beginning of the day, I couldn’t have done it
with your support.
I think, as a club, we have given it 100% effort, but we can always
improve somewhere. Please feel free to comment in anyway, be it good or
bad, so we can hopefully start planning for next year.
Coffs Harbour Motorcycle Club would like to thank all the riders who
attended and if it is an annual event that you are all keen to return and
